Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
- The text is double-spaced; uses a Times New Roman 12-point font and 2.5 cm margins.
- References adhere to the APA 7th edition style.
- Tables are fully editable in Microsoft Word and included in the text at their appropriate locations; figures are included in the text and submitted as separate high-resolution image files.
- Authors are required to provide the names of three potential reviewers. Suggested reviewers are subject to independent editorial evaluation and are not automatically selected. Suggested reviewers must be free from conflicts of interest and must not have recent collaborations or institutional affiliations with the authors. The journal reserves the right to select alternative reviewers at its discretion.

By submitting a manuscript to the Interdisciplinary Journal of Nursing and Health, authors agree to the following terms.
Authors retain the copyright of their work published in the journal. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, including for commercial purposes, provided that the original authors and source are properly cited.
By submitting and publishing their work in the journal, authors grant the publisher a non-exclusive right of first publication and distribution of the article.
Authors retain their moral rights, including the right to be identified as the authors of the work and the right to object to any use of the work that may harm their reputation.
Authors warrant that the submitted manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration by another journal. All listed authors must have approved the manuscript and agree to its submission. The manuscript must comply with the journal’s ethical guidelines.
If the article contains third-party material (such as images, tables, or figures), authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions and providing appropriate attribution.
