Abstract
Psoriasis is one of the most common skin dermatoses. The results of treatment are still not satisfactory. Compliance with medical advice and patient knowledge of psoriasis is still low. It is important to educate the patient at an early stage of diagnosis. Patients with moderate or severe psoriasis are predisposed to developing cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, anxiety. This disease requires treatment on many levels, therefore comprehensive treatment is so important. In the presented studies, the reasons for low compliance and lack of satisfactory treatment results should be looked at in sociodemographic factors, patient factors and its approach to medical recommendations and treatment costs.References
