Abstract
Psoriasis is a chronic, inflammatory autoimmune disease that primarily affects the skin, causing painful lesions and itching. Psoriasis impacts all aspects of life and significantly reduces the quality of life of patients. The study analyzed the impact of psoriasis on the quality of life of patients, considering physical, psychological, emotional, and social factors associated with the disease. The work also discussed the variety of treatment methods, including pharmacotherapy, phototherapy, biological treatment, and psychological support. Emphasis was placed on the need for an integrated therapeutic approach that considers all dimensions of the patient’s health. The role of lifestyle changes, such as diet and physical activity, in improving the quality of life of patients with psoriasis was also highlighted. A holistic approach to the treatment of psoriasis, which combines various therapeutic strategies and provides comprehensive support to patients, is crucial for improving their quality of life.References
