Abstract
Heart failure is a serious clinical and social problem. It‘s been considered as an epidemic in 90‘s of the XX century. Chronic heart failure is one of the main reasons of hospitalisation for aging population, exposed to the risk factors. Despite the development on the field of cardiology and interventional cardiology, patients require readmission. The study features the process of nursing an elderly patient, who suffers from chronic heart failure, based on International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP®).References
