Abstract
Hypospadias is an underdevelopment/hypoplasia of the peripheral urethra, resulting in placing the ostium of the coil not in the bow hole at the top of the glans, but on the lower surface of the glans. Surgical treatment is intended to ensure proper coil function and to give the penis the correct shape. The paper presents the process of nursing a child after surgical treatment of penile plastic surgery based on the International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP®).References
