Abstract
Contemporary healthcare systems worldwide are facing unprecedented demographic, epidemiological, and economic challenges. Ageing populations, the increasing prevalence of chronic diseases, and shortages of qualified medical personnel necessitate the search for innovative organizational and clinical solutions. In this context, the role of the Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) emerges as a key element in the transformation of healthcare systems toward greater accessibility, efficiency, and quality of care.References
